FAQ
Every engagement is scoped to the business in front of us, so there's no one-size price list. We start with a strategy and audit session, credited toward your contract if you move forward. You walk away with a written report: what's working, what's broken, and what to do about it. It's yours to keep even if we never work together again. From there, the work comes with a clear proposal, the cost laid out before anything begins. No surprises, no nickel-and-diming.
Because it's real work and real value. We dig into your marketing and systems and hand you a report you could act on with us or without us. And if you decide to move forward, it's credited toward your contract, so it isn't an extra cost. It's the first step.
No. A VA waits for tasks. We think through your business, figure out what needs to happen, build it, and keep building as you grow. That's a different job, and it's priced accordingly. If you need someone to clear a to-do list, we're not the right fit.
You work with Heather directly, start to finish, the same person who assesses your business and makes the calls. When a project calls for a specialist, she brings in independent pros she knows and trusts to handle that piece, working behind the scenes. You stay with one point of contact, not a roster of contractors to manage.
Both, and the messy space between them. That's the whole point. Most help only touches one side, which is exactly why the two never line up. We take on the marketing that brings people in and the systems that catch them, so they finally work together.
Yes. We handle both sides of your business, but you don't have to hand over everything at once. If all you need right now is your email marketing fixed, your CRM cleaned up, or one funnel built, we can start there. The audit shows us the whole picture, and you decide how much of it you want us to take on.
No. Plenty of engagements are one-time: we scope it, build it, and hand it over documented, and it's yours to keep. If you want us to stay on and keep optimizing and building what's next as you grow, you can, but it's entirely optional. Most people start with one focused build, see it work, and keep us on from there.
No. We work in whatever you're already running, and we're fluent across just about every major CRM, email, and page-building platform. We happen to know HighLevel at an expert level, so if you're on it or thinking about it, even better. But we'll never make you switch tools to fit us.
Sometimes, yes. It depends entirely on where you're starting. Some businesses come to us with nothing in place, others have good tools scattered and barely used. If something you're running is holding you back, or there's a better fit for where you're headed, we'll say so and explain why. Any recommendation we make is about what's right for your business, never what's easiest for us.
It depends on what's already on our plate, and we'll be straight with you about timing on the first call. Once we begin, we'll need access to your platforms and assets, plus a bit of your time up front to get aligned. After that, the whole point is that you can step back and let us handle it.
Regularly, and on purpose. You'll get consistent updates and clear timelines, and we'll reach out when something needs your attention, not just when you chase us. Bigger conversations happen on a call or a Zoom, not buried in a thread. You won't wonder what's happening with your project, and you won't have to babysit us to find out.
We're honest about this, because it saves everyone time. We're not for brand-new businesses that need foundational coaching, for anyone shopping purely on price, or for people who want to hand over the work and then hover over every decision. Our best clients trust us to do what they hired us for, and give us the room to do it well.
